About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance leader with a proven track record in financial operations for high-growth SaaS companies. Your mission: to build out the backbone of Finance at 11x! Working closely with our leadership team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role leading revenue management, financial planning, and tax compliance, ensuring we maximize our returns and align our financial strategy with 11x’s rapid growth trajectory. What You'll Do Revenue Management: Ensure timely invoicing and effective billing processes to optimize revenue collection. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Tax Compliance and Reporting: Oversee the company's tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. About You 3+ YoE in a leading Finance role at a high-growth SaaS startup, or similarly fast-paced environment. You are equally skilled in strategy and execution, comfortable with everything from financial planning to executing day-to-day tasks. You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as 11x evolves. You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done. You’re highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
