*Family Law Attorney*
*Duties:*
* Represent clients in all area of family law, including: divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
* Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and discovery demands.
* Conduct depositions.
* Organize and maintain case files and documents.
* Communicate with potential new clients, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
* Schedule appointments and manage your calendar.
* Represent clients at court hearings and argue cases
* Represent clients at mediations.
* Negotiate and settle cases.
*Qualifications/Expectations*:
* J.D.
* Member of the Minnesota State Bar
* Minimum five years prior Family Law attorney experience.
* Ability to consistently bill 6 hours per day.
* Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
