**Facets Healthcare Developer** **Work Model: Remote** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Job ID: 00065752001** **About the role** As a **Senior Developer** , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and deploying robust solutions for healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementations that meet business objectives. **In this role, you will:** + Translate functional specifications into detailed technical design documents. + Develop solutions following industry best practices and perform thorough unit testing. + Participate in system and integration testing and support user acceptance testing. + Resolve application defects and implement system enhancements. + Support deployment activities across staging and production environments for smooth releases. + Collaborate with DBA, Sysadmin, and infrastructure teams to address performance and availability issues. **What you need to have to be considered** + Strong healthcare domain knowledge (Commercial - Individual/Group market segments). + Good understanding of claims, provider contracts, and pricing arrangements. + Hands-on development experience in **.NET** , **SQL Server** , and **Oracle** . + Exposure to cloud solutions leveraging **Azure** , **AWS** , or other major platforms. + Familiarity with Cognizant core products such as **Facets** , **QNXT** , and **NetworX** is preferred. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support QA, release management, and system maintenance activities. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 12/10/2025 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*_ The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $93K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
