• Deliver professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
  
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and results
  
• Recommend home care products and future services to support hair health and style
  
• Maintain a clean, organized station and support the overall salon environment
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace culture
  
• Support the Salon Lead and Spa Director in delivering a 5-star experience

• Holds a valid NYS Cosmetology License
  
• Has 2+ years of experience behind the chair
  
• Is passionate about hair artistry, wellness, and client care
  
• Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Maintains professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  
• Is goal-oriented and motivated to grow clientele in a team-driven setting
