Executive Assistant to District Sales Coordinator (Sales & Growth Role)

Location: Holbrook, NY (Hybrid: office, virtual, and on-site with clients)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Licensing & Career Advancement Included)

About the Role

I am seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to work directly with me, a District Sales Coordinator of one of Aflac’s fastest-growing teams. This is a unique opportunity to not only support me in driving growth but also to step into the sales side of the business —earning commissions, hitting bonuses, and advancing your career in insurance.

You’ll be my right hand—handling operations, communications, and scheduling—while also getting licensed to participate in commission activities, help assist on client relationships, and grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with me (District Coordinator) as my dedicated assistant in daily operations.

  • Assist in calendar management, meetings, travel, and communications to maximize efficiency.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and enrollment materials for client and broker meetings.

  • Assist in prospecting, client onboarding, and account servicing .

  • Get licensed (with our support) 

  • Earn commissions and bonuses by supporting business development.

  • Coordinate with team members, brokers, and partners to execute growth initiatives.

  • Take ownership of projects that drive efficiency and scale in the district.
