Job Description
We are seeking a polished and driven Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring each event runs flawlessly and reflects the premium standards of Dinamic AS Group.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination, setup, and breakdown of events.
Support event logistics, timelines, and operational planning.
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain event materials, documents, and schedules.
Ensure all event spaces align with brand standards and client expectations.
Provide on-site support during events, helping manage flow and guest needs.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event quality and client satisfaction.
