Join Our Team as an Event Specialist at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Specialist to join our growing team, where you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and enhancing a variety of corporate and social events. As an Event Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives while ensuring each event aligns with our brand values and enhances attendee experience. Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.
• Develop event proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, venues, and entertainment.
• Manage event logistics, including timelines, setups, and breakdowns, to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee the event staff, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform on-site event management to address any issues that arise during the event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and vendor interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
