As an Event Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for delivering a top-quality bespoke guest experience to each function and individual. This role will assist during meal service and bar service for events, focusing on food & beverage safety and service standards, building relationships with our guests, and finding new ways to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include setting up indoor/outdoor bars, maintaining cleanliness, mixing and serving beverages, enforcing alcohol consumption policies, greeting guests, suggesting beverages, assisting with food & beverage setup, memorizing dietary restrictions, monitoring guest counts, restocking stations, bussing tables, maintaining sanitation, and complying with all food & beverage regulations. The role requires participation in daily shift meetings, team meetings, tracking beverage consumption and inventory, and assisting with deliveries and pickups. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and at least 1 year in bartending. A valid ABC certification is required. Skills include effective communication, judgement, extensive bar and food knowledge, time management, knowledge of laws and mixology, physical stamina, and a positive attitude.
