POSITION SUMMARY
LDG Development, a leader in multifamily development, has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team. We are seeking an Equity Team Analyst to ensure equity investments are received from a variety of institutional investors following predefined investment deliverables. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders throughout the company and will often be relied upon as the primary point of contact when resolving potential discrepancies. Additional functions will include financial modeling, contract extensions, and other role-specific requirements.

Communication - Conveying information and ideas verbally or in writing to all levels of management. This position will also involve meeting with and engaging outside investors as required.
Organization – Developing and advancing systems to keep tasks and processes moving smoothly.
Time Management- Identify priorities, meet tight deadlines, and proactively manage workflow in a self-governing manner between internal and external stakeholders.
Decision Making - Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions

WORK CONDITIONS
This position will be in a climate-controlled environment with enclosed office and cubicle spaces. Noise level will be moderate due to computers, office equipment, meetings, and foot traffic.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the Employee must be able to engage in routine physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, squatting, and using hands for typing and handling materials.
Employees must be capable of lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds and possess adequate visual abilities, including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required for training, property support, or other job-related needs.
