Job Description: As an Entry-Level Sales and Communication, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with potential customers, building rapport, and ultimately driving sales. Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential customers in various settings, including retail locations, events, and trade shows.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation for travel to various locations within the designated area.
