AO Globe Life is expanding across Canada and is looking for driven individuals from the hospitality industry to join our team as a fully remote Life Insurance Agent. You’ll still use your people skills, but in a professional, remote environment—helping union and association members access the benefits they’ve requested. *No prior insurance experience required*—we provide full training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do :

• Host virtual Zoom appointments with members (no cold calls/ scripted presentations)
• Explain their pre-negotiated benefits and confirm eligibility
• Provide excellent customer service through clear and friendly communication
• Stay connected with your team through online meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Hospitality background (restaurants, hotels, tourism, events, etc.) is an asset
