Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Great opportunity for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping customers and learning new things! This is a contract-to-hire role with a well-established company offering full benefits after hire.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $19–$22/hr (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Benefits: Insurance offered, weekly pay, full benefits upon permanent hire

What You'll Do:

• Talk with customers by phone, email, or in person to answer questions and provide product information
• Create and follow up on price quotes and estimates
• Help customers choose the right products and services for their needs
• Build positive relationships with customers and gather feedback
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Support the field service team with scheduling, billing, and paperwork
• Help with purchasing tasks when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
• Friendly and professional communication—both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Sales, or similar) preferred but not required
