The Entry Level Events Assistant will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, working closely with senior event coordinators. THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of company events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Help maintain event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist with setting up event venues, including arranging seating, equipment, and decorations.
• Greet and assist guests and attendees, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing event materials, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report findings to improve future events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
