We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events, such as corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. $1150 - $1350 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Manage logistics, including venue selection and vendor coordination
• Support the marketing and promotion of events through social media and other channels
• Prepare event materials such as programs, signage, and welcome packs
• Maintain and organize event budgets and financial records
• Communicate with attendees to confirm details and provide information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A proactive and positive attitude toward problem-solving
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
