With an exciting expansion underway and new clients and events rolling out this year, we are currently seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and help make these events a success.

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events, working closely with our experienced event team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in event management while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of event spaces
• Engage with event attendees, providing information and assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in creating promotional materials.
• Support the monitoring of event timelines and help keep activities on schedule.
• Gather feedback and assist with post-event reports to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• A passion for events and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
