We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Bridgeview, Illinois. In this role, you will focus on creating and customizing software solutions to support business operations, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient workflows. Your expertise in client-side scripting, API development, and CRM platforms will be instrumental in driving success for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ERP and CRM systems to meet business requirements.

• Implement client-side scripting to enhance application functionality.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.

• Create and manage configurations to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

• Design and develop APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

• Customize and enhance Salesforce and D365 platforms to align with organizational goals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational efficiency.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding ERP/CRM systems.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all development efforts.

• Proven experience in client-side scripting for web applications.
• Strong knowledge of creating and managing business requirement documents.
• Hands-on expertise in configuration management for complex systems.
• Proficiency in API development and integration.
• Demonstrated skills in Salesforce development and customization.
• Familiarity with D365 platform and its functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
