Overview Dock Worker at Stevens Industries, Inc. – $20/hour. The Dock Worker is responsible for loading and unloading finished product onto trailers for shipping to customers. Must have knowledge of proper loading and shipping procedures to ensure on-time delivery with no damage. Responsibilities include preparation of product for shipping, inputting information into the computer system, and assisting with loading of product onto semi-trailers either manually, with pallet jacks, or with forklift.
