Dispatcher Wanted - Join Manpower's team for the City of Tulsa

Position: Dispatcher
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Location: Tulsa, OK

About the Role:
Are you an organized and proactive individual looking for a dynamic office role? Manpower is seeking a Dispatcher to support the City of Tulsa. In this position, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations by managing remote pump station systems and coordinating with field crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm systems at remote pump stations.
• Dispatch field crews efficiently and effectively.
• Handle direct phone communications with customers and address complaints.
• Perform various data entry tasks and generate informative reports.
• Execute general office duties to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Experience or aptitude in using general office equipment, including computers and dispatch radios.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a regular office environment.
• Detail-oriented with good data entry skills and experience in report generation.
