Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services is located in the city of Parma, OH. We are looking for Direct Care Aides to join our strong team of professionals.

Position Needed:

Seasonal/ Temp to hire

**This position is seasonal December through January or temp to hire. Once hired as a permanent employee, you will be able to access all employee benefits**

Responsibilities

• Provide Assistance to clients in day-to-day activities
• Ensure clients receive their proper medication and dosage
• Going out into the community, shopping trips, dining out and may include transporting to doctor appointments
• Providing personal care and hygiene
• Communicate with leadership and medical professionals about clients health or issues
• Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Completing electronic documentation accurately and in timely manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
• Experience working as a direct care aide or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to client needs
• High attention to detail and care
• Certifications that may apply- CPR first aid, medication administration (paid training)
