Job Title: Product Design Coordinator

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr on W2

Job Type: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibility:

• Build relationships with key partners within the company to secure inspiring assets for product lines.
• Manage requests for assets to ensure accurate and timely delivery for development.
• Create and manage tracking tools to provide status updates on asset requests and approvals.
• Process product and packaging approvals through online systems, leading collaborative meetings, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure approvals in a timely manner.
• Create product decks for line reviews and presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Provide tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics within collectible categories.
• Multi-task and prioritize multiple product-related projects with varying levels of complexity.

Basic Qualities:

• 1-3 Years Exp - Entry Level role
• Project Management and prioritization skills to balance multiple tasks/assignments.
• Ability to build and maintain product decks and presentation materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong computer software skills (e.g., MS Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and passion for design (e.g., graphic design, industrial design, toy design, print design.
• Strong graphic and layout skills with an artistic understanding of composition and color.
• Nice to have Illustrator exp.
