Location: Houston, TX 77026

Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm 

Status: Temp to Hire 

Date Entry / Receptionist Job Description:

Entry level administrative assistant position. We are seeking an organized professional to join this growing company. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Client will train on use of their database
• Typing certification for orders
• Data Entry of incoming orders
• Answer telephones 
• Fax, mail, email, copy, or send correspondence to the correct person or place

Experience and Skills Required:

• Entry Level position - Training provided 
• Previous Computer Skills / Typing Skills required
• Phone Ettiquette
• Organized, reliable and trustworthy
• High School Diploma or GED
