Synex Talent is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team in Northborough. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer engagement. This position is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-term partnerships. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
Onboard new clients and provide ongoing training and support
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any concerns
Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product and marketing teams
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Proficient in CRM software and customer engagement tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
