At Catalis, we are committed to leveraging technology to make government interactions simpler, faster, and more accessible.The OpportunityWe are hiring a Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL who will ultimately be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients for the Medical Marijuana Card Program (MMCP). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients and process work as it relates to incoming calls and other assigned duties.
