Wanted! Custodian in Brentwood for a temp to hire position. Must have at least 6 months experience as a Janitor, custodian or commercial cleaning.

Keeps facilities in a clean and orderly condition. May be placed within a crew that specializes in one area or a specific requirement.

Essential Functions:

• Dust, mop, or vaccuum lobby areas and spot clean entry doors and elevator tracks
• Cleaning and Replenishing of Restrooms
• Cleaning and Replenishing of Pantries/Breakrooms
• Cleaning of all building Offices
• Clean interior and exterior staircases, terraces and balconies
• Spot clean all walls, doors, glass and partitions for smudges/fingerprints
• Policing entrances and building perimeter for blowing trash
• Periodically inspect and maintain restrooms for cleanliness, wipe down all toilets, counters, urinals wuth disinfectant cleaner, spot clean mirrors and empty trash cans
• Maintain breakroom areas

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and speak English with the public and Center staff
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, the public and Center staff
• Able to lift/push or carry upright commercial vacuum and mop bucket,
• Able to push/pull 55 gallon barrel trash can
