This employment opportunity is for a responsible, self-directed individual to coordinate, organize and load shipments from our inbound trailers to local delivery trucks. The candidate will operate powered industrial squeeze trucks and pallet jacks as required. Repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of greater than 50 pounds is common practice for this position. Operation of delivery trucks within the yard is required and this position can be a great first step toward becoming certified to drive as one of our CDL Delivery drivers. There are other duties such as managing the depot inventory of product and supplies, some cleaning of the trucks, maintenance of the facility, supporting safety and company operations.
