The McPherson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a Full-time Correctional Officer.

Requirements include: high school diploma/GED; no criminal convictions; good public relations skills; typing, telephone and computer skills; and the ability to handle emergency situations.
Position is second or third shift and will include some weekends and holidays.

Beginning wage: $20.77 per hour. Following a successful initial six months of employment, employee will receive an End of Introductory wage increase. Subsequent annual wage increases and annual cost of living increases will apply.
