Job Description

We are currently working with a strategic partner to leading investment management firms located in Prides Crossing, MA. The Firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic Legal and Compliance team that would directly support various areas of the business. This individual will be joining an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and highly motivated team to support areas including corporate governance, public company compliance, data security, and general corporate matters. This is a hybrid opportunity in their oceanside office just north of Boston.

Responsibilities:

• A wide variety of general corporate and compliance matters such as vendor contracts, corporate policies, equity administration, and board meeting materials
• Provide general legal support on various corporate projects and objectives, including: employment and himan capital matters, data decurity and privacy program compliance
• Advise on sustainability initiatiives, including through legal support on AMG's charitable endeavors

Qualifications:

• JD from a top law school
• 4-5+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal experience
• Background with general corporate matters, preferably experience with advising public companies
• Previous experience in asset management or financial services preferred
• Active bar membership in good standing
