Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a project lead, aiming to improve performance. This role focuses on driving process improvements, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management
• Lead efforts to enhance performance, track metrics, and implement continuous improvements. Report on project progress and outcomes.
• Support to Director of Operations
• Assist with Capex projects and operational initiatives, analyze processes, and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in continuous improvement or project management in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in lean principles, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
