Job Description

Construction Foreman/Equipment Operator

Duties:
-Operates Heavy Equipment (trackhoe, bulldozers, dump trucks, front-end loader, skidsteer, backhoe, tractors, graters, mowers etc.)
-Perform contractor tasks to include: painting, carpentry, masonry, and plumbing, fencing
- Assist in the removal and installation of structures, levees, canals, docks, walkways, decks and other related tasks as assigned.
- Supervise field staff and order materials for job completion
- Completes daily activity report and other miscellaneous administrative paperwork.
- Completes bi-weekly work schedule and weekly projected work schedules
- Loads, unloads, and transports necessary equipment and supplies as needed; cleans and maintains tools and equipment; and maintains an orderly and safe work area.
- Maintains and performs daily service to project pumps, engines and other small equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Salary: $ 55,000.00 70,000.00 Per Year
