Candidate Requirements

liBattle-tested recruiter with 1+ years in college recruiting or university admissions, proving your mettle in high-volume candidate engagement/li
liA history of crushing recruitment goals that makes others say "wow"/li
liA portfolio of recruitment events that turned heads and filled pipelines/li
liProject management skills that could organize a circus (and make it look easy)/li
liTech-savvy enough to navigate ATS/CRM systems in your sleep/li
liReady to call Austin, TX your home base/li
liPrepared for your calendar to be 75% travel during peak season (January-May, Aug-Nov)/li
