We’ve teamed up with a leading provider of mental health, ABA, and therapeutic services to recruit multiple Clinical Recruiters and Sr. Clinical Recruiters who are in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone . 🔹 Your Role:

• Proactively source and engage top clinical professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and creative outreach tactics
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline for roles including speech-language pathologists, BCBAs, OTs, PTs, counselors, and more
• Conduct screening calls and video interviews, assessing qualifications, cultural fit, and licensing requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline a compliant, efficient hiring process aligned with employment best practices

🔹 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience of high volume (managing 25 or more requisitions at a time) clinical recruiting either in an agency or corporate setting.
• Demonstrated success in filling high-demand or niche healthcare positions
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in using tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, Target Recruit & Salesforce
