Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Per-diem and will work 8-hour, Night shifts.

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
