1. - An individual who is willing to share ideas, contribute, and be a team player
2. - Preferably phone and customer service experience
3. - Working evenings and weekends in different US Time Zones
4. - Remote office setup with a Windows laptop/desktop software
5. - Strong time management skills
6. - At least three years of customer service experience
7. - The ability to receive constructive criticism based upon the success you expect of yourself
