Title : Client Onboarding Specialist < Banking>

Location : Greensboro, NC

Duration : 12+ months contract with possible extension

Rate : $30 to $33 - hourly

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation activities for enterprise-level systems, processes, and products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful client integrations, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing a smooth transition experience for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with top-tier communication and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems and services.
• Develop and execute certification and testing plans that align with business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate product needs and timelines between internal teams and clients.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure thorough documentation of test results and defects.
• Perform system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements.
• Monitor project milestones and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality assurance and help refine testing processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to build strong client relationships and guide them through decision-making.
• Experience developing test cases and implementation project plans.
• Demonstrated skill in improving testing metrics and reporting outcomes effectively.
