Integrated Medicine / Chiropractic is a fast paced, expanding clinic has been serving West Tennessee for over 23 years. We are the only Chiropractic or integrated office in our community.
Well Established, expanding clinic has an opportunity for Doctor of Chiropractic to serve as an associate doctor. The chiropractic clinic has been serving the surrounding area for 23 years. Large patient base with a high percentage of new patients coming from a referrals. Healthy marketing systems to ensure consistent growth as well. We have been integrated medically for about 5 years in order to provide conservative supportive medical care to our patients. Nice, modern spacious facilities. Superbly trained staff that are all chiropractic 'warriors'.
Clinic focuses on Chiropractic care, regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, metabolic weight loss and neuropathy.
Someone who has skills and experience in handling a mid to high volume practice is a definite plus, but someone without these skills who is eager to learn is ok too.
Our model focuses on providing corrective care in a family based referral generating setting.
Our primary Doctor will thoroughly train on our communication model and help make the transition for the new doctor into the role of primary treating chiropractor.
There is an opportunity here to learn from coaches that have successfully opened over 70 chiropractic clinics across the country in one of the clinics that started it all. Depending on the applicant and their performance, there is also an opportunity for this doctor to drastically grow their role and financial compensation well beyond the base salary in our clinic. You must be a proficient communicator of the principles of chiropractic or be willing to learn them. You must be proficient in manual diversified adjusting in a relatively high volume environment (50-70 patients per day). Other techniques used in a lesser role here are informal variations of Thompson, Activator and Flexion Distraction. This Doctor will be trained on the communication methods of a clinic that has a new patient conversion percentage of over 90% and a PVA of over 70, allowing them to take over New Patient Exams and ROF"s with certainty.
