About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the demand generation, market positioning, and brand authority efforts. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, with a primary focus on revenue-driving programs, including digital marketing, product marketing, and customer marketing. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of building and mentoring high-performance teams, and driving accountability for results. The CMO will be responsible for owning and scaling a demand generation engine, evolving the company's brand positioning, and serving as a public-facing representative at industry events. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, particularly with sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and to drive the full customer lifecycle. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience within SaaS or technology companies. Deep experience in building and scaling demand generation engines, with a proven track record of revenue contribution, is a must. Expertise in marketing to finance professionals, particularly those in the office of the CFO, is highly preferred. The role demands a leader with a strong background in brand development, market positioning, and messaging, who is data-driven, analytical, and fluent in modern marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in leading and scaling teams through rapid growth stages and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and metrics-oriented environment. Experience in a private equity-backed or investor-backed setting is a plus.
