About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for directing and preparing a variety of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns. This role also involves overseeing the investment of funds, working with investment bankers to raise capital for expansion, and preparing financial projections. The CFO will play a key role in developing organizational strategies, contributing financial and accounting information, and analysis, as well as collaborating with other C-suite executives to develop strategic plans. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, with a CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices is required, along with a background in a senior management position. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and presentation skills, extensive experience with external auditors, and a strong understanding of internal controls and compliance-related issues. The CFO will also be involved in staff management, including assisting with the recruitment of new team members.
