Job Description

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul reefer freight on dedicated routes between Missouri and Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Ohio. This is a no-touch freight position, with consistent night driving and weekend home time . Drivers return home Friday midday for 48 hours off .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay:
  • $0.54 CPM for the first 2,000 miles (or $0.59 CPM if you opt out of company-paid insurance).
  • $1.00 per mile for all miles over 2,000 miles per week.
  • Drivers averaging 2,500 miles weekly can expect to earn ~$1,600 per week .
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid as follows:
  • $750 after Week 1
  • $750 after Week 2
  • $500 after 6 months

• Home Time:
  • Home Friday midday for 48 hours off

Job Requirements:

• CDL-A license & at least 6 months of verifiable OTR or regional dry van/reefer experience in the past year.
• Must be 23+ years old .
• Hiring from: MO, IL, IA, and OH (Must live north of I-70 in these states).
• Driving record:
  • Max 2 minor moving violations in the last 3 years .
  • Max 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years ( No injuries, rear-end, jackknife, or rollovers ).
  • Up to 2 minor incidents allowed in the last 3 years (must not exceed accident limit).
  • No speeding tickets 20+ mph over the limit unless you have a clean record otherwise.
• Work history:
  • Max 3 jobs in the past year and 6 in the past 3 years .
• Background check:
  • No felonies in the last 7 years (must be off probation/parole for 5 years).
  • No misdemeanors in the last 3 years (must be off probation/parole for 3 years).
