CDL A LTL Team Drivers Hazmat/Tank at XPO summary:

CDL A LTL Team Drivers at XPO are responsible for transporting freight between company facilities with a focus on Hazmat and Tank endorsements. These positions offer a split pay structure, with 91 cents per mile and traffic pay for delays, while providing full health insurance benefits from day one. Established teams are required for this role, emphasizing teamwork and the ability to operate long distances in a sleeper tractor.

XPO LTL Team Drivers  -  Existing Teams Only  - 100% No Touch - 91 CPM, split + Traffic Pay 
Established teams for LTL between XPO facilities. Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required

• 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
• 91 cents per mile , split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
• Traffic pay - $33.07for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
• $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
• Full health insurance benefits available on day one
• LTL freight, in house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.

Only recruiting existing teams; both team members must submit an application to this position
Being an XPO Team Driver requires the ability work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
