Responsibilities
- Follow a RN written plan of care
- Medication reminders
- Dressing, bathing, Toileting
- Keep patient safe and clean
- Light housekeeping
- Prepare meals
- Report any changes of client condition to office
Qualifications
- Must have a HHA/PCA certificate
- Must have a completed physical
- Provide references
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder/Working permit
Language : English , Hindi , Malayalam, Urdu , Spanish and Creole
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends

- Multiple locations ( QUEENS , NASSAU AND SUFFOLK)
