External Job Description
Provides personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care - Provides for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes
- Assists patients with activities of daily living
- Performs general housekeeping activities
- Provides transportation assistance to and from activities and appointments
- Offers compassionate companionship to patients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a home like setting
- Ability to travel between clients as needed
