Job Description
This position provides excellent customer service, follows company policies and procedures, and sells products to individuals in a convenience store. They ensure that they contribute to the best financial interest of the store. The lead CSR is responsible for helping the Store Manager tend to day to day store operations and leading by example.
Responsibilities of a manager include:
· Coach and train team to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals.
· Assist Store Manager with retention of new and existing staff.
· Manage the cleanliness of the facility and perform paperwork/accounting functions.
Requirements:
· Experience in retail management with a successful record of performance.
· Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
· Must have open availability.
