Curriculum & Instruction INTERIM Supervisor for Mathematics/Business (6-12)
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid New Jersey Administrative Certificate with Supervisor endorsement.
2. Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate to teach the related content area.
3. Bachelors or Master's degree in the content area.
4. Successful teaching experience of five years in a public school environment in the related content area.
5. Demonstrated leadership in curriculum, program development, integration of technology, and professional development.
6. Prior supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
7. Required criminal history background check, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status, and NJ residency or waiver within one year of employment.
8. Meets alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

JOB SUMMARY: The Interim Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction Department is responsible for ensuring the curriculum meets or exceeds the state standards and that teachers have access to the curriculum and are well versed in the content. Additionally, ensure continuity and consistency of the curriculum, instruction, materials, and assessment are in place across the District. The Interim Supervisor will annually assist in providing a program evaluation for content areas to include, but not limited to, Mathematics/Business and Related Arts/Strategies Intervention as assigned.
Start Date: As soon as reasonably possible
Salary Range: $125,856 - 150,328. /yr.
