The Role
Deckers Brands, a global leader in footwear and apparel, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst in the Digital & Data department, to leverage data assets and analytical tools to deliver objective and insightful reporting to technology leadership. This role specializes in business analytics services, including dashboards and metrics definition, to foster value creation via data-driven decisions, and is pivotal to the Digital & Data agile transformation journey.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Drive the development of executive reporting and dashboards for the Digital & Data Department, with a focus on work delivery metrics, portfolio value, financials, and KPI's connected to key strategic initiatives and OKRs
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand data needs, and translate complex information into timely, digestible, and actionable dashboards and reports utilizing the most appropriate tool for the audience, such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Partner with Portfolio Manager, Business Leads and Enterprise Change Management to define, design and deliver benefits reporting for products, projects and initiatives to demonstrate outcomes and value
- Provide data expertise, identifying opportunities that serve the needs of the organization and can measurably drive business outcomes through the benefits of data-driven decisions
Who You Are A well-organized, pragmatic self-starter able to communicate professionally at all levels, with a good understanding of international business. Must enjoy working in a team within a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities
Strong ability to extract, manipulate, visualize, and model large datasets
We'd love to hear from people with At least five years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, market research analyst, financial analyst or equivalent role
At least two years of experience in a project management office with exposure to both agile and waterfall ways of working.
Experience with report and dashboard development using Tableau and Power BI Desktop - some exposure to Dodeca, Hyperion and Oracle would be an advantage.
Global business knowledge with demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex global organizations and environments.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
