What You will do We are seeking a Level 3 Business Intelligence Analyst in Boise, Idaho to develop, create and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for use inside our business and to be used embedded in our customer facing portal. Day-to-day responsibilities may include: Develop and implement reporting solutions that provide users with data-driven insights, enabling them to discover business opportunities and make informed decisions. Transform raw data into readily digestible formats, allowing internal business customers to easily assess key performance metrics. Provide technical assistance and education on Business Intelligence solutions. Validate data integrity throughout the data transformation process to ensure accurate analytics. Prioritize and strategically execute improvements to the tools and systems needed to produce insightful data, including the advancement toward predictive and prescriptive analysis solutions. You have the following knowledge, skills, competencies, abilities, and/or education: Experienced in designing and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions. Experience with Power BI is desirable, but not required. Deep understanding of data modeling and data transformation using SQL and ETL solutions. Familiar with handling complex datasets and integrating data from multiple sources. Experienced in developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards. Familiar with business practices such as sales and billing. Adheres to the company's values and ethical expectations. Able to effectively multitask. Strong customer service focus.
