About SaasWorx

SaasWorx is a premier boutique consulting partner in the Salesforce ecosystem. With 100+ consultants, 250+ certifications, and leadership experience spanning 15+ years, we help mid-market organizations extract greater value from their CRM, Data, and ERP investments. We bring deep expertise across Salesforce (Agentforce, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and more), MuleSoft, and Snowflake, while fostering a culture of continuous innovation through our SaasWorx Propel methodology.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Austin team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—comfortable gathering requirements from stakeholders while also rolling up their sleeves to configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers’ Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, unlocking new capabilities, and driving adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Understand clients’ business processes, business needs, and challenges and be the first point of contact for client stakeholders to discuss their requirements and queries
  • Translate business requirements into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
  • Work as a team-player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skill knowledge for holistic team development
  • Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports/dashboards, profiles/permission sets, etc.) to align with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, QA) to ensure successful delivery of new functionality.
  • Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits, data hygiene, and security reviews.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical leads to support custom development and integrations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance business processes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator.
  • Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud); additional exposure to Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin, BA, or other certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidates in Austin, TX are preferred, but we’re also open to exceptional individuals who prefer to work remotely.
  • Permanent Residents or Citizens only.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing boutique consulting firm recognized for innovation and customer success.
  • An opportunity to define your own career trajectory, graduating from being a Business Analyst to a Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect / Technical Project Manager.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
  • A collaborative culture with direct access to leadership and the chance to make an immediate impact.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
