Our Clients Team is growing Fast and Looking for a Brand Talent Agent to take their team to the next level!

This role Includes:

• Conceptualizing, developing, and pitching original brand programs using the roster of influencers and content creators.
• Building proactive packages to stimulate category growth across various accounts.
• Leveraging existing relationships with brand and advertising agency contacts to drive deals and meet revenue targets.
• Attending networking events and maintaining a professional online presence to foster relationships.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media algorithms, and digital content creation to provide relevant insights to talent and clients.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, with a proven track record in packaging digital influencers.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative culture.
• Proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a robust network of advertising agency contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to surpass performance goals.
• Experience in influencer marketing.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Marketing-savvy, problem-solving skills, and a keen awareness of popular culture.
• Experience in consumer brands, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, travel, technology, and financial sectors.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and tools like Google Analytics, QuickBase, and other relevant technology.
