Temporary New Store Associates are hired to assist with the demands of opening a new bealls store location. They have an expected employment duration of thirty days, or less, and are employed on an at-will basis. This position is not guaranteed for any duration of employment. Scheduled hours may vary based on the Company’s needs, the season, and the requirements of the job.
Temporary new store associates are entitled to receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours a week. They are not eligible to participate in Bealls’ benefit programs.
