We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! If you're excited about enhancing a child's ability to succeed and crave the freedom to create your own schedule, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you'll be a driving force in helping children reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding the Team: Supervising our amazing behavioral technicians as they implement behavior programs.
• Assessment Expert: Conducting thorough assessments to understand each child's unique needs.
• Empowering Parents: Providing training to parents, equipping them with the tools to support their child's growth at home.
• Customized Programs: Developing client-specific programs that are tailored to each child's individual goals.
• Other duties as assigned You will do your part to help with the team!

Your Schedule:

• Flexibility is Key: Enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule within our hours of operation.
  • Our ABA Center is open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM during the school year.
  • In-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM.

What You Will Bring:

We're looking for someone who has:

• A Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis .
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification or BCBA eligibility.
• Michigan BCBA Licensure .
• A minimum of (1) one year of ABA experience .

What You'll Earn:

• Up to $84,885 annually, depending on experience and schedule.
