Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage service? CordeValle is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal On-Call Food and Beverage Servers. In this role, you will take orders, serve guests, and ensure our standards are met with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of dress code.
• Stay informed about liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, glassware, and banquet menus.
• Comply with state liquor regulations and use equipment correctly.
• Perform opening and closing side duties, including setting up and breaking down rooms.
• Serve all food courses and beverages, including wine and champagne, according to standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Complete all assigned reports and exhibit a friendly, helpful manner at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: Banquet Server Experience Preferred. Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. of food trays.
• Education: High school diploma.
• Skills: Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving. Ability to work cohesively with a team and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in understanding and meeting guests' service needs. Ability to suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and wines. Physical stamina to transport food and beverages and endure physical movements throughout the work areas.
